Well, there is one way to do that, simply shorten the port range. A typical
audio call with two way media consumes 4 ports (caller rtp + caller rtcp +
callee rtp + callee rtcp), So if you want media relay to stop accepting
calls beyond 500 concurrent calls just set port range to 2,000. For 501th
call media relay will reject telling dispatcher that its out of available
ports and dispatch will try another relay (if available) or reject call to
opensips (if no other relay) and in turn opensips will reject call with
response code 500.
