There is no software limit but rather available bandwidth that limits
number of concurrent calls as far as media proxy is concerned.
Theoretically a G711A/U call (with two way media) requires roughly 160 kbps
bandwidth, which yields around 640 concurrent calls on 100 mbps connection.
And if you have say iLBC or G729 call (with two way media) then should be
able to handle around 5 times more. However this assumes that you have
dedicated / consistant bandwidth which is only used by RTP traffic, which
almost never happens in practice, since there are always some other
services running using network.
