[OpenSIPS-Users] migrate DB from 1.8.2 DB to the 1.9.0

Hi, Dragomir!

The problem is that in your opensips_1_9 configuration you have not 
included the 'db_mysql' module. That's why, when installing OpenSIPS 
1.9, it doesn't even try to copy the mysql associated scripts. 
Therefore, the 1.9 schema is not installed on the system.
Execute "make menuconfig" and enable the "db_mysql" module before the 
installation in order to fix this.
