Hi Dragomir,

BYE in early state is like CANCEL. This is only for caller. I think OpenSIPS forward the BYE in earlly state to calle.

Whereas the calle must not do that. If calle send BYE in earlly state it is buggy client. Nothing to do with these clients just log the error.

Yes, you right. 
Why Opensips not close dialog when receive BYE in early state?
I see the dialog is closed after 60 min, but this is not real call.
