[OpenSIPS-Users] SIP re-register time

Hello,

OpenSIPS stores whatever Registration expires time that the phones send
in an integer value.
Still, you do not have to set the Registration expires times on each
phone, as you can force the expiration time on the OpenSIPS side, so
even if the phone says it wants the registration to expires in X
seconds, OpenSIPS can actually bind the entry for Y seconds and notify
the phone about this in the 200 OK for the Register.

Take a look at the Registrar module parameters, such as min_expires [1]
