Hello,

Basically what happened was that the localcache module was renamed to 
cachedb_local to better suggest that the module is a part of a larger 
family of modules called cachedb_* , that allow operations on Key-Value 
type back-ends ( no matter if they are simple caches or persistent 
Key-Value type databases ).

So just manually delete the localcache folder from your sources, do an 
update from the OpenSIPS trunk and instead of loading the localcache 
module, load the new cachedb_local module.
This should fix the error you are getting.
