I understand from the load balancer module that choice for routing is as
follows:

http://www.opensips.org/index.php?n=Resources.DocsTutLoadbalancing "the one
with the biggest value for the minimum available load per resources" 

Can the LB logic adjusted to meet my criteria "least # of INVITEs" or it is
fixed?
