[OpenSIPS-Users] Cannot connect to OpenSIPS Server via Management Interface (127.0.0.1/8000)

I've installed opensips-1.6.4-2-notls with opensips-cp but in opensips cp
i'm getting this error:
Cannot connect to OpenSIPS Server via Management Interface (127.0.0.1/8000)
i believe this error is related to the opensips_fifo, but im not sure and im
new to opensips.
Everything else works in opensips-cp.
could someone help me out? thanks
