[OpenSIPS-Users] Osipsconsole and XMLRPC support

I dont know, but we can use xmlrpc on opensips-cp to change things on
various opensips servers, so i think that you can do this directrly on
database with another software/script and use xml_rpc to do a reload on the
changed cofiguration.
