[OpenSIPS-Users] ERROR:core:parse_uri: bad uri, state 0 parsed

Hello Nick,

This isn't really something that we can fix on the OpenSIPS side.
First, this behavior is not RFC compliant, and secondly, if you see that 
a URI is "malformed" in this way, you can't just assume it to be 
prefixed it with sip: , because it could also be sips: or tel: .
