[OpenSIPS-Users] Cannot connect to OpenSIPS Server via Management Interface (127.0.0.1/8000)

I want to install opensips-1.6.2-notls in windows xp is it possible to
configure it in windows.Using CYGWIN i Have untarred the file but unable to
install it.please help what i can do to configure it in windows.
