[OpenSIPS-Users] During the call, is OPENSIP support the client codec request of switching between Audio to Video or Video to Audio codec request to other client?

OpenSIPS is doing only SIP signalling, so it has nothing to do with
media and codecs - the only things you can do is to remove or change
priorities of advertised codecs in SDP (during call negotiation).
