[OpenSIPS-Users] exec_avp in timer route

Any specific reason an exec_avp can not be used in timer but is allowed in
startup route?

line 443, column 14-15: Command cannot be used in the block

This function can be used from REQUEST_ROUTE, FAILURE_ROUTE, LOCAL_ROUTE,
STARTUP_ROUTE.
