[OpenSIPS-Users] Continually Prompted for postgres user password

Hi Jerry,

You just have to get yourself a lot of patience and type the password - 
opensipsctl will run many times the psql command in order to create 
database, tables, users, keys, indexes. And each time, psql will ask for 
passwd. Unfortunately, for using psql there is no passwd caching in 
opensipsctl (like when using mysql).
