[OpenSIPS-Users] pua_bla and naprt/srv failover issue

Thanks Anca and Bogdan.  Yes indeed that is the desired functionality.  In its current state, BLA breaks for us if one proxy is unavailable and opensips happen to pick that one to send presence related traffic .
