[OpenSIPS-Users] OPENSIPS dead but sybsys locked

Hi all.....
Thanks for your reply in my previous post.
I am facing the following issue on opensips. I installed it with the help of
this site: http://www.opensips.org/Resources/DocsTutRedhat5.
The problem is that after installation its working fine but, the next day
its not working.

~]# service opensips status
opensips dead but subsys locked

 ~]# service opensips start
Starting opensips:                                         [  OK  ]

 ~]# tail -f /var/log/messages

My Sip server is having public IP and I installed opensips in a machine
having local IP. The opesipsdb is also installed in the opensips server. The
attachment is my opensips.cfg file
