"100rel" in the Allow header ????:
------------------------------------------------------
RFC 3261
  20.5 Allow
The Allow header field lists the set of methods supported by the UA
   generating the message.
   Example:
Allow: INVITE, ACK, OPTIONS, CANCEL, BYE
--------------------------------

PRACK is the name of the SIP method, 100rel is the name of the whole
extension including the mechanism to negociate the usage (or not) of
PRACK method to confirm provisional responses.
