[OpenSIPS-Users] adding user but no password

Hi all,
I have another problem beside testing load balancer.
I am adding user using command "opensipsctl add" but I get no password.
I use command "opensipsctl add user1 at server user1" but it only create
username and domain only,
there is no password created.
I am using opensips-1.6.1-notls and MySQL as database user.
Am I doing wrong command???
