[OpenSIPS-Users] Convert 183SDP to 180 fr_inv_timer problem

Hi Brett,

see the restart_fr_on_each_reply param (default 1) - you need to have it 
enabled if you want to change the fr_inv_timer changed at reply time.

But your problem is the "drop()" - if you drop the reply, the 
fr_inv_timer will not be re-armed.
