Hi,

OpenSIPS (acc module) and OpenSIPS-CP (cdrviewer tool) can provide CDR 
information for calls 
(http://opensips-cp.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/cdrviewer.html).

About point 3., not sure that they stand for.
