Not very well but it accepts it and parses it as follows:

  - username = TEL NUMBER
  - domain = null

Example:

  INVITE tel:+123456789 SIP/2.0
=>
  - $rU = +12345678
  - $rd = null

Be careful because if you modify $rU the generated Request Line would look 
like:

  INVITE sip:NEW_rU@ SIP/2.0  (malformed).
