Please look at OpenSIPS wiki for TLS tutorial.

OpenSIPS is a SIP proxy, it doesn't handle media.

Your question is too wide. Please, read the entire documentation of
OpenSIPS core and modules. OpenSIPS is powerful but it's not
user-friendly as Asterisk can be.
