[OpenSIPS-Users] Problem with CDRtool - invalid request

On port 9024 there is a control interface running a specific protocol
described in the Rating documentation, it is not a html page that can
be loaded in a web browser.
You must read the documentation and wiki pages of the project if you
want to understand how the software works.
