[OpenSIPS-Users] Load Balancing on 1.4.4

Hi Darrin,

1.5 is the new stable version that will be officially released Monday 
23. The differences (from scripting point of view) are minor, so if you 
got familiar with 1.4, there will be no problem start using 1.5
