i have made the changes you told me about! but i have that problem:

manal2 at manal2-laptop:/usr/local/sbin$ sudo opensipsctl start

INFO: Starting OpenSIPS :

ERROR: PID file /var/run/opensips.pid does not exist -- OpenSIPS start
failed

here i have attached the opensipsctlrc file.
