But do I need to create userpassword well before or that will also be
dynamically?
And If I stop mediaproxy will the DB get deleted?

The database table is automatically created by mediaproxy at runtime  
if is missing. You only need to point the software to a database where  
you have then rights to create tables. The software will take care of  
the rest.
