[OpenSIPS-Users] Load Blancer module, and Dispatcher module difference

Hi,

I have a little confusion about two modules. Both are for the load balancer.
.
The Load balancer module  handles only INVITE related message and  a
stateful load balancer, but the Dispatcher module handle all Request
messages including SUBSCRIBE, and  REGISTER, etc..., and a stateless load
balancer.

Am I right on this assumption?
