This sounds very complex. Surely asterisk can forward a call to a URI  
at OpenSIPS and get different replies, depending on whether OpenSIPS  
has a registration or not for the AOR. Asterisk doesn't have to have a  
registration, but can depend on the reply. Or if you use database,  
check the database in the dialplan before placing a call.
