Hi Manuel ,

Welcome to OpenSIPS :).

First of all opensips is only about signalling, so you need to find some 
tool to the media job for you. MediaProxy is doing only media relaying 
(not sure if it will help you with conferencing) - what you need is a 
media tool to do the video mixing for you - have you looked at VLC ?
