[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips not listening on interface

I have been? trying to load opensips from source.? I get to the point where I I try edit the file and I try to start the server and it fails. 
failed with an error that says that the user is not found. 

Does any one have a document that shows how to load OPENSIPS from src.

Change the listen option from hostname to ip address and then put an alias option with the hostname.

When I launch "netstat -ul" I receive following:

Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address ??????????Foreign Address
State
udp ???????0 ?????0 OpenSips:sip ???????????*:*
udp ???????0 ?????0 *:sunrpc ???????????????*:*
udp ???????0 ?????0 *:ipp ??????????????????*:*


Can someone help me out with this?
