Hi,

I think that if the RURI does nor force a specific protocol, using 
force_send_socket() should force the proto of the interface.

I already faced this problem during some tests with Alcatel-Lucent 
yesterday - their client was registering via TCP but without advertising 
it in the contact (no transport=tcp param). but the registrar had the 
TCP socket store, so it should use it when sending out calls.
