thanks for the tip. i has python-xml package installed, but it turns out
the path where the stuff is installed on hardy is

/usr/lib/pyshared/oldxml/_xmlplus

instead of

/usr/share/pyshared/_xmlplus

of debian lenny.

i don't know why it is under oldxml, because there is no "new" files of
the same name elsewhere.

i'll try to install lenny's python-xml package on hardy.
