well, this is the OpenSER mailing list, so your chances to get support for 
questions around the projects you mentioned are perhaps not that great. ;-)

You find the SER and SEMS user mailling lists at this address:

OpenSER (and SER) are only SIP servers, so they don't care that much about 
RTP. So i don't think its possible to generate RTCP messages with them. If 
you can't fix your UA then these must be generated in the media gateway, if 
you use one.
