[OpenSER-Users] regarding openser v 1.2.0

Either OpenSER is already running...
	check by running 'ps awx |grep openser'

...Or the file /var/run/openser.pid exists (openser creates the file so 
multiple copies aren't run)

you could do something like this to start fresh:
	killall openser
	rm -f /var/run/openser.pid
