Hi Grygoriy,

did you loaded the mi_xmlrpc module in opensips?

if so, can you check with netstat that opensips listens on port 8080 
(default) ?

if so, are you sure you properly configured in opensips-cp boxes file 
the correct ip and port for MI XMLRPC ?
