[OpenSIPS-Users] Updates to the wiki

Good morning,

I was looking for some information on the wiki. There's a couple of suggestions.

There are two pages with exactly the same information, the
releasenotes and the changelog. Could someone with the password to
delete any of them (at least until they diverge).
I would like to find on the wiki some information on how to migrate
from 1.4 to 1.5, specially for the deprecated functions.
