[OpenSER-Users] Can't start usrloc using mysql connection (mysql:db_mysql_new_connection: driver error: Can't connect to MySQL server on ...)

I answer to myself (and hope it will help others):

the issue was due to my server MySQL that was bound to 127.0.0.1 !
