For the NAT traversal, you can set stun parameters to your UAC in order to get through NAT! (Or use IPV6 and bridge)
For the prepaid calls, I'm also trying to do the same!
I have installed CDRTool and the Dan-Christian Bogos python module to interact with freeradius to decrease prepaid accounts.
But I don't have for now a solution to shutdown the calls in live!
