Hi Inaki:

start rtpproxy like this:
rtpproxy -l 85.76.0.110 -s udp:127.0.0.1:22222

and set the nathelper param like this:
modparam("nathelper", "rtpproxy_sock", "udp:127.0.0.1:22222")
