alan,

do you know if there is anywhere a document that lists what headers
cisco ios gw acts upon?  it is really scary if such a list does not
exist.  if i remember correctly, cisco used to accept cc-diversion
header as charging number header.  perhaps they still do and may be
there are others that are as dangerous.
