[Users] OpenSER Acc, Direction Detecting?

Hi!

detection is based on ftag parameter in Route header. Openser adds the 
ftag and the UA has to add the ftag to the Route header in BYE request.
Thus, check if the BYE contains the ftag in the Route header.
