[Users] Commercial SIP Server

Hello

One of our potential client is using NEC SIP server and I write a SIP 
Proxy based on openser. If NEC is based on SER, it will be easier for me 
to check the interoperability. For example I don't know if NEC support 
Path header (rfc3327).
