[Users] BUG in TM

It is the t_on_failure("2") that is causing the issue.
If i comment it , i will not have any problems.
 
This is my failure route 2

}
 
Any ideas ?

Hey guys,
 
I'm getting BUG:tm:run_failure_handlers: stack level is 1!! in my
syslog. It is generating when i place a call out to PSTN.
 
Any ideas ?
