[Users] Wesip and openser: auto reconnect

sure... I'll set it in the roadmap for following releases

if anyone wants to poke into the SEAS code and recommend a way to 
design/implement this, any help will be truly appreciated ;)
There's some infrastructure for pinging WeSIP from the module, but this 
is in development.

Anyway, a quickhack should be easy to develop, I'll take a look on that 
in the next weeks.
