Hello Klaus,

thanks for pointing out. I have read the new rules of wikipedia and
primary sources (authors/developers of article's subject) are not
considered reliable in the first stage, mainly due to impartiality
presumption. Just after secondary sources prove notability of the
subject, then primary sources can contribute:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:CORP

So, as long as non-developers will participate in discussions and
convince that openser is a notable subject for the world at this moment
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability), the article will be
kept and improved in the future by the developers as well.

Discussions where you can participate:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/OpenSER
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:OpenSER

If you think developers can help you somehow, just write an email.

Cheers,
Daniel
