[OpenSER-Users] Werid records in 'presentity'table when PUBLISHing

Hello,

RFC 3903 (ph 3)

The Request-URI of a PUBLISH request is populated with the address of
the resource for which the user wishes to publish event state.

In 1.2.0 version the presentity uri was taken from TO header.Only later was the error found and fixed.
