[Users] "BUG: io_watch_del" logs

I have noticed that the following errors began to appear in the logs 
when OpenSER (1.1.0 under OpenBSD) is closed:

not in [0, 0)

not in [0, 0)
Sep 27 17:53:07 eowyn OpenSER[29102]: BUG: io_watch_del: invalid fd 36, 
not in [0, 0)

It says "BUG", so is it serious?
