[Users] dbtext script problem

sc.dbtext provides a limited set of commands in order to manipulate
the dbtext files.
You will need both openserctl and sc.dbtext.

Can you provide more details about the failure?
Have you been able to create the tables?

Note: sc.dbtext works ok in 1.1 release.
