[Users] How to get debug print out?

Hi folks,

I setup "debug=7" in openser.cfg, however I still cannot get any detail
debug print out in /var/log/messages.

Here is how I launch the openser:

openserctl start

There is a logic errors in openser.cfg and I try to trace down the call step
by step, how can I do it?

Thanks for your time to read my question,  I am really appreciated on it.
