[Users] Cannot start openser 1.1

Hi George,

first of all the question is  : are you planning to use TCP support in 
openser?  epoll is used only for TCP, so, if you do not use it, just 
disable TCP compiling in openser - see the USE_TCP is Makefile.defs.

If you want to TCP, my advice will be to enable epoll in the kernel - 
you will get better performance.
